How does booking work ?

Once you have selected the service or package you would like to book, fill out our form and someone from our team will contact you within 24 hours to confirm the booking.  Once availability at the desired date is confirmed with one of our representatives, a service contract will be issued to confirm the reservation. 

When is the payment due ?

A 200$  non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation of the booking. The  remaining of the rental cost is due at the latest ten (10) days before the event's date 

What is your policy on cancellations ?

Any booking can be canceled up to ten (10) days before the original event date and a refund will be issued, minus the non-refundable deposit

What is your policy for changes ?

Any request for a date, time, or location change must be made in writing at least ten (10) days before the original event date. All changes are subject to our availability and a receipt for a new Service Contract will be issued. If there is no availability for the alternate date, time, or location, a refund will be issued, minus the non-refundable deposit.

Are there specific installation requirements ?

Yes. For optimal 360 photo booth service, we require a level space, at least 3m x 3m (10ft x 10ft) and be equipped with standard electrical power.
